_ WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
rretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
pr-oposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the

Ec�p ract No. 750, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
-3petlfications, form of contract, etc. , for the F. Y. 2008 West
eom6rcial Street Extension Storm Water Pumps, Contract No. 750,
Lh eh were preliminarily approved on June 16, 2008, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 14,

� . i ,:� NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
,T]�RL00, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of

Extension Storm Water Pumps, Contract No. 750, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of July, 2008 .
