W-HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
c Ke'ietofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare

� F.-YL 2,'008 West Commercial Street Extension, River Road Relocation
w krnd ,storm Water Pump Station, Contract No. 720, in the City of
W-4erlpo, Iowa, and

= WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
4�4cifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F. Y. 2008 West
e�[i�rcial Street Extension, River Road Relocation and Storm
Wctt(�r Pump Station, Contract No. 720, which were preliminarily
approved on June 16, 2008, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 14,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the F. Y. 2008 West Commercial Street
Extension, River Road Relocation and Storm Water Pump Station,
Contract No. 720, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of July, 2008 .
