d GOVERNOR' S OFFICE OF DRUG CONTROL POLICY AND
o r DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY

_ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
_t1ta, t the agreement dated July 14, 2008 for the FFY 08 Byrne-
Z1,1--stice Assistance Grant (JAG) , in the amount of $396, 443 . 00, with
00 -Tequired local match of $99, 111. 00, to be used for funding the
Tri-County Drug Enforcement Task Force, by and between Governor' s
Office of Drug Control Policy, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
ex-ecute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of July, 2008 .
