3. Approval of purchase of top loading balance at a cost of$1,404.00—Acting
Superintendent of Waste Management Services.
4. Approval of rebuilt air actuator for Easton aeration blower inlet value at a cost of
$2,339.00, plus estimated shipping costs of$200.00—Acting Superintendent of Waste
Management Services.
