RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

e t1on 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall: ] (�t at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa atm x: 30 p.m. on the 28th day of July, 2008, for the purpose
af- cans 4ering and acting upon a proposal to vacate an alley
9-�nerjl'I} located in Block 4 of Riverside Addition adjacent to
e former Rath Administration Building at 1515 Sycamore Street,
leggy described as follows :
-_ vfourteen foot (141 ) wide alley in Block 4 of
R4Srside Addition that lies Northwesterly of a line
drawn from the Northeast corner of Lot 12 Block 4 of
said addition to the Southeast corner of Lot 1 Block 4
said addition, and Southeasterly of a line drawn from
the Northwest corner of Lot 7 Block 4 said addition to
the Southwest corner of Lot 6 Block 4 said addition,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
subject to city' s retention of an utility easement
over, under and above the above described property.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of July, 2008 .
