1. Authorization to certify unpaid sewer repair fees for 2720 East 4�h Street in the amount of
$1,850.00—Building Official/Maintenance Administrator.
2. Authorization to purchase repair parts for Meyers pump at a cost of$5,730.00, plus
estimated shipping costs of$100.00—Superintendent of Waste Management Services.
3. Authorization to replace VFD on#5 raw sewage pump at a cost of$8,753.00—
Superintendent of Waste Management Services.
4. Authorization to replace TV sewer camera at a cost of$15,847.00—Superintendent of
Waste Management Services.
5. Authorization to repair flow tube at a cost of$1,721.00,plus estimated shipping costs of
$600.00—Superintendent of Waste Management Services.
6. Authorization to replace Satellite VFD at a cost of$5,134.00—Superintendent of Waste
Management Services.
