NEW BUSINESS
1. Authorization for VJ Engineering to design removal of gate and concrete walls and build
a new levee for the railroad crossing across Black Hawk Creek between Highway 218
and Westfield Avenue—Associate Engineer.
2. Authorization to repair digester pump #2 at a cost of$4,374.75, plus estimated shipping
costs of$181.71—Superintendent of Waste Management Services.
3. Authorization to purchase plumbing parts for sanitary main on West 3`d at a cost of
$1,403.05—Superintendent of Waste Management Services.
4. Authorization to purchase gas valves at a cost of$5,211.00—Superintendent of Waste
Management Services.
5. Approval of brush grinding at a cost of$17,000.00—Superintendent of Waste
Management Services.
