RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF CEDAR VALLEY
�7s IRISH CULTURAL ASSOCIATION FOR VARIANCE TO
a NOISE ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE NO. 3094 .
1 WHEREAS, Cedar Valley Irish Cultural Association is
rr-�questing a variance to the Noise Ordinance on August 1-2, 2008
€rcm 10: 00 a.m. to 12 : 00 midnight and August 3, 2008 from 10: 00
to 3: 00 p.m. in conjunction with Iowa Irish Fest to be held
-Lincoln Park and 4th Street from Mulberry Street to Lafayette

d\ WHEREAS, said event will exceed the limits of the Noise
rainance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
77, WHEREAS, said Cedar Valley Irish Cultural Association has
made formal application for a variance effective August 1-2, 2008

ti NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
