1. Authorization to seek bids for various asphalt emulsionsibituminous products for
upcoming Oiling, Seal Coating, Chip Sealing, Fog Sealing, Crack Sealing and oil patch
material programs—Superintendent of Streets.
2. Approval of electrical upgrade at Quincy Lift Station at a cost of$17,944.00—
Superintendent of Waste Management Services.
