BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
o iiwt the agreement dated July 21, 2008, to allow the city access
to'"driveways located at 84-170 West Mullan Avenue as part of the

Kett Commercial Street extension project, by and between Manatt' s
c >: Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
