VIT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

2-008 West Commercial Street Extension, River Road Relocation and

contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
