s s WHEREAS, Aspro, Inc. is performing construction activities
t-i hin the city limits of the City of Waterloo in conjunction
Iith U. S . Highway 20 Bridges Over U. S. 218 and Hess Road, IDOT
020-2 (704 ) 223-76-07, and

0 0 WHEREAS, said company' s operations exceed the limits of the
Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No . 3094, and

WHEREAS, said company has made formal application for a
variance effective July 28, 2008 through August 11, 2008 between
Jhe hours of 11 : 00 p.m. and 7 : 00 a .m.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RATERL00, IOWA, that the request of Aspro, Inc. for a variance to
l rdinance No. 3094 , Noise Ordinance, effective July 28, 2008
trough August 11, 2008 between the hours of 11 : 00 p.m. and 7 : 00
.m. , for performing construction activities within the city
,limits of the City of Waterloo in conjunction with U. S . Highway
20 Bridges Over U. S . 218 and Hess Road, IDOT MP-020-2 (704 ) 223-76-
07, be and the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of July, 2008 .
