o BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
N thet the agreement dated July 28, 2008, for a State Housing Trust
c tuind grant in the amount of $16, 400 . 00, with local match of
4516, 541 . 00, for infrastructure development for four new single-
f ily housing units, by and between the Iowa Finance Authority
ar the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of—the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of July, 2008 .
