_~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
-that the Property Exchange Agreement dated July 28, 2008, in
,'` gpjunction with the Expo Project, by and between Community
�National Bank of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
1)eZ and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
