> ^ = WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
Zc't-xacts and Grants Coordinator, to prepare and file plans,
�sp���' fications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
zost�, etc. , for the Asbestos Removal, Rath Administration
ri l� ding, Contract No. 131-AR-09-2-08-G0, in the City of
aitexloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
-V` WHEREAS, the Contracts and Grants Coordinator has filed said
�Ps, specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate
�-of -cost, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
waving considered the same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
' jJ�rERL00, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
e-reby preliminarily approved.
