C ` WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Building
bf1f=ial/Maintenance Administrator, to prepare and file plans,
§�E fications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
@cssf�, etc. , for the 2008 Stone Replacement for the Waterloo
�Publ-ic Library, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in

-n WHEREAS, the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator has
filed said plans, specifications, form of contract and
j5r-�-e�iminary estimate of cost, etc. , and the Council of the City
.b:C Katerloo, Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
