Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall_; raeet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
yaterioo� Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m, on the 25th day of August, 2008, for
th-e purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specific tions, form of contract and estimate of cost for the
20,108 Stone Replacement for the Waterloo Public Library, in the
City of W-aterloo and the taking of bids therefore .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice aii the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of August, 2008 .
