- purpo-se of considering a site plan amendment to the "B-P"

development generally located at the southeasterly corner of
Ah�boroug� Avenue and San Marnan Drive to allow for the
development of an approximately 14, 400 square foot office
1-Uilding and up to four smaller office buildings of approximately
4, 000 squire foot each, and legally described as follows :

Addition, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
