s WHEREAS, Spicoli' s, 3555 University Avenue, is requesting a

` NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
?ggERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Spicoli' s, 3555 University
avenue, for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, on
ust 16, 2008 from 4 : 00 p.m. to 11 : 00 p.m. in conjunction with a
Land playing in their outdoor service area, be and the same hereby
granted.
