1. Approval of Notice of Intent forms with Canadian National/Illinois Central Pacific
Railroad for placing crossings at Conger Street, Logan Avenue, Willow Street,Idaho
Street,Rooff Avenue, Fletcher Avenue and Rainbow Drive using Iowa Grade Crossing
Surface Repair Funds, with an estimated cost of$698,800.00, with city's portion of
$145,960.00 for—Associate Engineer.
