3 . Authorization to purchase 50, 000 paper leaf bags at a cost
of $14 , 600 . 00—Superintendent of Waste Management Services.
4 . Authorization to purchase replacement part for Gatewell M at
a cost of $1, 400 . 00—Superintendent of Waste Management
Services .
5 . Authorization to purchase 95 gallon garbage carts at a cost
of $5, 025 . 00—Superintendent of Waste Management Services .
6 . Authorization for pump repair at Quincy Storm Lift at a cost
