o cc w WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has had all the parcels
>c,4scribed herein appraised and the fair market value ascertained,

CO _ WHEREAS, the acquisition of the hereinafter described parcels
\i necessary to carry out the Downtown Riverfront Renaissance
Plan,
s NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
<CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the contract for the parcels
c�4 reinafter described to sell the same to the City of Waterloo,
Hr,4�wa, all of which are situated in the City of Waterloo, Black
a-,H-awk County, Iowa, are accepted and approved and the Mayor Pro Tem
``aald City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same in
-b36half of the City and to execute all instruments necessary to
,consummate the agreement to purchase the properties from the
finers thereof, and the deeds for the conveyance of the same are
a-Iso accepted and approved and the City of Waterloo is directed to
pay for the properties and the incidental expenses necessary to
the consummation of the sales from City funds .
