Ntt" WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,

\ WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said

'were--preliminarily approved on August 4 , 2008, and
WHEREAS, aublic hearing,g, upon notice, was held on

S NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
nLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
cc�ntract, etc. , for the 2008 Riverfront Stadium Infield Natural
Tuff System, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of August, 2008 .
