H m ? 2008 RIVERFRONT STADIUM INFIELD NATURAL TURF
SYSTEM.

s 1 ` WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2008-694 , plans, specifications,
b2,m of contract, etc. , for the 2008 Riverfront Stadium Infield
Mzt,ural Turf System in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been
a-p� roved and adopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed
00 ly statute .

o NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
' ATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
rs so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
improvements be constructed in accordance with said plans and
specifications .
That said work shall be done by contract and shall be
g,pmmenced promptly after receipt of "Notice to Proceed" .
