WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,

�ifications, form of contract, etc. , for the 2008 Swimming
� ool Renovations at Gates and Byrnes Pools, in the City of

WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
Ao file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of
�pottract, etc. , for the 2008 Swimming Pool Renovations at Gates
'Byrnes Pools, which were preliminarily approved on July 28,

o !,; WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WkTERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the 2008 Swimming Pool Renovations at Gates
and Byrnes Pools, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of August, 2008 .
