y F n RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
2008 SWIMMING POOL RENOVATIONS AT GATES AND
o n v BYRNES POOLS .

c ti s WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2008-696, plans, specifications,
tcFrm of contract, etc. , for the 2008 Swimming Pool Renovations at
Beres and Byrnes Pools in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been
Lapproved and adopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed
lq'} statute.
cc NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
s so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
Isnprovements be constructed in accordance with said plans and
specifications .
x That said work shall be done by contract and shall be
Rommenced promptly after receipt of "Notice to Proceed" .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of August, 2008 .
