of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of One (1) Current Model Year

"H WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of One (1) Current Model
Year End Loader, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of August, 2008 .
