NEW BUSINESS
1 . Approval of amendment to Design Agreement with Craig
Ritland, Landscape Architect, and Wayne Claassen Engineering
for design of Phase II of the Riverview Area—Administrative
Director.
2 . Approval of an ATV agreement with the Trail Blazers, Inc.
for use of the Riverview Area Administrative Director.
3 . Approval of an agreement with the Iowa Department of Natural
Resources for a $30, 000 grant to develop a ATV parking lot
and entrance road Administrative Director.
