o RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH

SERVICEMASTER AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
N AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
't25Rt the agreement dated August 18, 2008, to perform restoration
services at City Hall, Carnegie Annex, Waterloo Public Library,
j�inter For The Arts, and Riverfront Stadium in conjunction with
2008 Flood, by and between ServiceMaster of Green Bay,
-YI..4COnsin, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
�lereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
half of the City of Waterloo, Iowa .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of August, 2008 .
