Approval of Agenda, as proposed.
NEW BUSINESS
1 . Approval of an application to the Iowa Department of Natural
Resources for All Terrain Vehicle funds in the amount of
$45, 000.00 for an ATV parking lot and entrance road—
Administrative Director.
2 . Approval of a Supplemental Contract with RUST Environment &
Infrastructure, Inc. for construction inspection services in
conjunction with Water Pollution Control Facility, Easton
Avenue Improvements Administrative Director.
3. Approval of list of Notice of Intent forms with Iowa
Northern Railway for nine crossings to be submitted for
funding under the Iowa Grade Crossing Surface Repair Funds—
Associate Engineer.
4 . Approval of free leaf pick up dates and yard waste bag
distribution—Superintendent of Sanitation & Recycling.
5. Approval of the 1999 Reconstruction and Overlay Street
Improvements list—City Engineer.
6. Authorization to purchase two variable frequency drives for
Park Road lift station—Superintendent of Water
Pollution/Flood Control.
