RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
d = WITH LOGAN PLAZA, LLP AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
- OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
s u ' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
o -!k�at the Development Agreement dated August 18, 2008, for
renovation of the existing Logan Plaza retail center, with a new
minimum taxable value of $3, 917, 910 . 00 and tax rebates for 7
00 4Lsars at 100 percent, by and between Logan Plaza, LLP of
nWaterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
c -j� hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
J;6ecute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
