s a BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
&it the Development Agreement dated August 18, 2008, for
(�b;�struction of a new 7, 500 square foot retail building on a lot
V erally located between a car wash and Subway building, with a
o10 mszt minimum taxable value of $1, 021, 320 . 00 and tax rebates for 6

hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
