WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
�Srga.neer, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of

ntract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the F. Y.
X005 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program - Zone 8, Contract No.
45 in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
4 � ifications, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has filed said plans,
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
cost-, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
considered the same.
- NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TWI�76RLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and=-preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
&ray preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of August, 2008 .
