N WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
atofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
_J:i�C4)osed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
F.Y. 2009 Sidewalk Repair Block Grant Program - Zone 8, Contract
751, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
-:,,Ipecifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F. Y. 2009
�Sjdtwalk Repair Block Grant Program - Zone 8, Contract No. 751,
ich were preliminarily approved on August 11, 2008, and

s WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
gust 25, 2008 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the F. Y. 2009 Sidewalk Repair Block Grant
Program - Zone 8, Contract No. 751, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of August, 2008 .
