o ? WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,

(tretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
c r o> prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
x „ for the Young Arena Message Center, in the City of

v _ WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
V�liminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for
-he Young Arena Message Center, which were preliminarily approved

WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
ZAugust 25, 2008 .
o NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
'�@A'I'ERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the Young Arena Message Center, in the City
r1af Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
Oiled.
