RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE

s o WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2008-723, plans, specifications,
s 4orm of contract, etc . , for the Young Arena Message Center, in
he City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by
N hi3 Council after the hearing prescribed by statute.

c NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
�WATDKLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
3s, so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
4 "improvements be constructed in accordance with said plans and
specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of August, 2008 .
