WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
c �her'etofore instructed the Contracts and Grants Coordinator of
00 ,Said City to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of

-'Yding, Contract No. 131-AR-09-2-08-G0, in the City of

~ WHEREAS, said Contracts and Grants Coordinator did file said
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for
T1s-estos Removal, Rath Administration Building, Contract No. 131-
19�-09-2-08-GO, which were preliminarily approved on August 4,

v - WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
'Z�d'gL�st 25, 2008, and no objections were made.
V-, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WAT5.RLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for Asbestos Removal, Rath Administration
Building, Contract No. 131-AR-09-2-08-G0, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of August, 2008 .
