ASBESTOS REMOVAL, PATH ADMINISTRATION
7 BUILDING, CONTRACT NO. 131-AR-09-2-08-GO.

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2008-725, plans, specifications,
etc. , for Asbestos Removal, Rath Administration Building,
`C6.�tract No. 131-AR-09-2-08-G0, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
�i�re been approved and adopted by this Council after the hearing
0rscribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
i�kTERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
,4S-, so ordered on motion by this Council that the said improvements
& ' constructed in accordance with said plans and specifications .
