N � WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
c rheritofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
00 4�a-h strator of said City to prepare proposed plans,
_ } ications, form of contract, etc. , for the 2008 Stone
epl:acement at the Waterloo Public Library, in the City of
XatE;rloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
�q:07- file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of
Feoi�Vract, etc. , for the 2008 Stone Replacement at the Waterloo
lt�c Library, which were preliminarily approved on August 4,

O O t WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
,uWg— t 25, 2008, and no objections were made.
Hy NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WAI4ERL00, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the 2008 Stone Replacement at the Waterloo
Public Library, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of August, 2008 .
