BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
-ti�at the Purchase and Sale Agreement dated August 25, 2008, for
—le and conveyance of Fire Station Number 8 generally located at
tfie northwest corner of LaPorte Road and San Marnan Drive for
$2-. 1 million, by and between First Equity Acquisitions, LLC of
Rolling Meadows, Illinois, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
th_e same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
= Iowa .
