r That the bid of Acco Unlimited Corporation of Johnston,
in the amount of $129, 179. 00, for the 2008 Swimming Pool
�i.� er Replacement and Painting Project, described in the plans
ahei specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
S��ect, after public hearing on published notice required by
4 kW, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid

The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
