_ WHEREAS, on this 25th day of August, 2008, at a regular

<_ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
EIT-Y OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Final Plat of Klingaman Park
Fourth Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is
�-Jae�by approved and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
-*aterloo, Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to certify and
affix their signatures to said resolution.
