RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A U.S. DEPARTMENT OF
JUSTICE FY20 CORONAVIRUS EMERGENCY
SUPPLEMENTAL FUNDING PROGRAM GRANT FOR
LOCAL COMMUNITIES AFFECTED BY THE COVID-19
VIRUS IN THE AMOUNT OF $190,086 AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that a U.S. Department of Justice FY20 Coronavirus Emergency Supplemental Funding Program
Grant for local communities affected by the COVID-19 virus, in the amount of $190,086, is
hereby accepted, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of May 2020.
