RESOLUTION NO. 2020-326
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT DOCUMENT IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE APPLICATION FOR STATE REVOLVING FUND
LOAN FOR TITUS LIFT STATION PROJECT, CONTRACT NO.
975.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held May 11, 2020 to receive oral and written comments
with regards to the Application for a State Revolving Fund Loan for the Titus Lift Station Project,
Contract No. 975, and
WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Document has been provided for City and
Community review, as part of the input and decision making process.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Mayor is directed and authorized to execute the Environmental
Impact Document, in conjunction with the Application for a State Revolving Fund Loan for the
Titus Lift Station Project, Contract No. 975, on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1 1th day of May 2020.
