ORDINANCE NO. 5141
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2008 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (66) SHAULIS ROAD OF
SECTION 541, INCREASING SPEED LIMITS IN
CERTAIN AREAS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A
NEW SUBSECTION (66) SHAULIS ROAD OF SECTION
541, INCREASING SPEED LIMITS IN CERTAIN
AREAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection (66) Shaulis Road of Section 541, Increasing
Speed Limits in Certain Areas, of the 2008 Traffic Code, is
hereby repealed in its entirety; that new Subsection (66) Shaulis
Road of Section 541, Increasing Speed Limits in Certain Areas, of
the 2008 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as
follows:
(66) Shaulis Road -
from Highway 21 to Hammond Avenue 45 mph
from Hammond Avenue to Hess Road 35 mph
from Hess Road to Highway 218 45 mph
