rr, WHEREAS, John Deere has requested that they be allowed to
ld the 90th Anniversary Celebration of the John Deere Waterloo
P�erations on September 27, 2008 from 8 : 00 a .m. to 8 : 00 P.M. on
the grounds of the new RiverLoop Expo, the Five Sullivan Brothers

urier Building, and to close Jefferson Street from the 3rd
,street intersection heading east for 11-� blocks and the southbound
Anes of Park Avenue from Commercial Street to Bluff Street .

x NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
2n1AIERLOO, IOWA, that the request of John Deere to hold the 90th

September 27, 2008 from 8 : 00 a .m. to 8 : 00 p.m. on the grounds of
