RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SCOPE OF
SERVICES, FORM OF CONTRACT, BID DOCUMENTS,
_- ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH COMPOSTING COLLECTED

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Waste Management
SeVices of said City to prepare proposed scope of services, form
of contract, bid documents, etc. , for Composting Collected Yard

Waste, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and

WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Waste Management Services
dist file said preliminary scope of services, form of contract,

were preliminarily approved on August 18, 2008, and
rSSMWHEREAS aublic hearing,g, upon notice, was held on
ember 2, 2008 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
-WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed scope of services, form of
contract, bid documents, etc. , for Composting Collected Yard
Vaste, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of September, 2008 .
