COMPOSTING COLLECTED YARD WASTE.

o c WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2008-750, scope of services, form
s ;of contract, bid documents, etc. , for Composting Collected Yard
o Taste, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and
adopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed by statute.
C NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
°O 1ATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
R `-1s so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
improvements be made in accordance with said scope of services .
