n BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
00 That the bid of WBC Mechanical of Waterloo, Iowa, in the

N dss�ribed in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by

The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
