BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

c s } That the bid of Signs & Designs of Cedar Falls, Iowa, in the
00 amount of $39, 710 . 00, for the construction of the Young Arena
Massage Center, described in the plans and specifications
o !)-i�retcfore adopted by this Council for said project, after public
�h aring on published notice required by law, be and is hereby
a-ccepted, the same being the lowest bid received for said work.
ti s The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
�eantract with the said contractor for the construction of said
--i*provements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
�tproved by this Council .
